- No parties or loud noise are allowed.
- Please respect the surroundings and the neighbors’ peace.
- Loss, damage, or improper use of the keys will result in a minimum replacement/management fee of €40.
✅ Check-in Information
- Check-in time:from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Outside these hours, check-in is subject to availability.
- For arrivals between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, an additional fee of €30will apply.
- For arrivals between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM, an additional fee of €50will apply.
✅ Pet Policy
- Pets are allowed, but always subject to prior consultation.
- The additional fee per pet is €50.
✅ Tourist Tax
According to Decree 60/2017 of June 13, 2017, regulating the taxation of stays in tourist accommodations in Catalonia:
- A tax of €1 per person per nightmust be charged (up to a maximum of 7 nights).
- This applies to stays in tourist apartments and holiday homesin Catalonia.
- The tax is charged to all guests over 16 years oldupon arrival.
