La Vie en Rouge Sa Riera Duplex, Private Parking

Only 5 minutes walking distance to the beach, restaurants, little shops and supermarkets you find our recently refurbished bright and spacious duplex apartment, equipped with finest finishings and a stylish decoration. A private parking in front of the house, guarantees an easy arrival to the bay of Sa Riera, known as one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava. For maximum comfort, the duplex is equipped with an efficient aire condition system in the living-and dining area as well as the bedrooms. The property consists of a bright living- and dining room with an open kitchen, directly connected with a furnished terrace with sea and mountain views. On the same floor is located a separate WC. A staircase leads to a mezzanine where you find a comfortable 1.60 m double bed. Another staircase leads to the lower floor, where two double bed rooms and two fully equipped bathrooms are located. The location is very quiet and offers the perfect place for a relaxing holiday in an exclusive environment. Free Wifi is avaible in the whole property.
Our cleaning fee includes premium quality linens and towels for all of our guests.

Starting in this 2020 season, we premiered the newly built community pool, an outdoor infinity pool with sea views and right in front of the apartment (size: 30 m2).

  • Check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-ins outside these hours are subject to availability and additional charges.

  • According to Decree 60/2017 of June 13th, regarding the tax regulation of stays in tourist accommodations, a tourist tax must be applied to guests over 16 years old staying in apartments and holiday homes in Catalonia. Applicable rates can be found on the official website of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

Myself and my two young sons had a lovely stay in this apartment. It meets all expectations per the advertisement and the communal pool is a great addition. The apartment is exceptionally well located with a very short walk to Sa Riera beach, Sa Riera restaurants and the local Jadofi supermarket, and a short drive to Begur. The location and the private parking is wonderful. The kitchen is small, as is pictured, but modern and very well equipped. Lluís was a great communicator and was very accommodating, especially when our incoming flight into Barcelona was delayed. There is presently construction of some apartments on the opposite facing hill, however this was at a standstill and so was no issue. Recommended.

Apartamento tal cual se muestra en las fotografías, muy limpio, con mucho estilo en su decoración, de calidad y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos fantásticos días. Una piscina fantástica, con una plaza de parking en la misma puerta del apartamento y a cinco minutos de la playa andando.

Well-equipped apartment very close to the beach. Supermarket is 2 minute walk away. Nice restaurants in walking distance-especially El Recer del Mar. Beach umbrella is also handy for breakfast on balcony. Pool is stunning. Beautiful place to stay in Sa Riera!

Great service. I would suggest a more thorough cleaning pre-check in and covering the bathroom window in the lower floor. The location is great and Lluis support, very helpful.
